Amond Illuminations Returns Policy

We understand that choosing a light can be a difficult task and the ones you choose may not suit for what you had in mind.

In the event that you do have a change of mind we can offer an exchange, credit note (valid for 12 months) or a refund on the items returned to us.

Returning an item will incur some fees.

  • 30% restocking fee
  • Delivery fees (for online orders only)


  • Receipts are required.
  • Returned within 14 days from the date of purchase
  • Products must be returned unopened, unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned to store at customer’s expense
  • If these requirements are not met, Amond illuminations reserves the right not to accept the return


  • No Change of Mind refunds for the following:
    • “Clearance” items
    • Ex-display items
  • No Change of Mind refunds OR Exchanges for the following:
    • Custom “Made-to-order” items
    • “Special order” items

Faulty or damaged goods

The nature of courier delivery can leave the odd unexpected package taking a turn for the worse and we understand that with every single product we do ship out. We are happy to provide a replacement item as long as we are contacted beforehand within 14 days of purchase and can verify:

  • Your proof of purchase
  • A thorough detail of the fault/defect in question. Pictures are helpful in most cases.

If the products are faulty during use after installation (in the case of hard-wired products), we can help guide you with a warranty claim for the product by contacting us with the above and also a copy of a Certificate of Electrical Safety linked with the products when it was installed.

Products have a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated. Globes issued are not covered under this warranty period.
