Amond Illuminations Returns Policy

We understand that choosing a light can be a daunting task with the many choices in the market and the ones you choose may not suit the home you had in mind.

The following only occurs for orders made by delivery only.

In the event that you do have a change of mind with your products, we can offer a refund on the items returned to us. There are some things to mention in addition for returning items for a refund.

  • A 30% warehouse restocking fee applies on the item
  • Costs associated with freight are non-refundable and non-negotiable
  • Costs of delivery back to store must be covered at your expense
  • Products must be returned unopened and unused in its original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days from the date of purchase

If you disagree with any of these conditions or the product(s) returns are not of an acceptable nature, we reserve the right not to offer a refund.

If you like to arrange a return, please email or call us during business hours and provide your previous order details and we can work with you on how to arrange one.

Faulty or damaged goods

The nature of courier delivery can leave the odd unexpected package taking a turn for the worse and we understand that with every single product we do ship out. We are happy to provide a replacement item as long as we are contacted beforehand within 14 days of purchase and can verify:

  • Your proof of purchase
  • A thorough detail of the fault/defect in question. Pictures are helpful in most cases.

If the products are faulty during use after installation (in the case of hard-wired products), we can help guide you with a warranty claim for the product by contacting us with the above and also a copy of a Certificate of Electrical Safety linked with the products when it was installed.

Products have a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated. Globes issued are not covered under this warranty period.
